KYV'ACE is a former rap artist (Sqrip) turned music producer, he spent 20 years behind the mic as a emcee. During his journey he formed a few rap groups in the early 2000’s one being the “MANIAC SQUAD” who would win the famous NYC’s END OF THE WEAK - MC Team Challenge in 2006. Kyv’ace performed throughout the Tri-State including Nuyorican, Club Pyramid, Rutgers University and Montclair State. He also dropped several solo and group mixtapes as well as featured on New Jersey’s own DJ Rit-Rat and DJ Cheese mixtapes along with artists like Nore, Fabolous, Shyne and G Dep.
KYV'ACE is originally from Harlem, NY then moved to New Jersey where he would graduate High School. He attended HBCU Benedict College in South Carolina to play football but dropped out after his friend Big Phil was murdered on campus.
Kyv’ace recorded his first album “THE INVENTATION” in 2003 -05 at “The Dojo” in Brooklyn, NY frequently crossing paths with Gorilla Nems, Iron Salomon, Swave Sevah, Poison Pen and others. By 2010 Kyv’ace took a step back from music due to the climate in the industry, then returned 10 years later as a producer.
On JAN 12th 2026 KYV'ACE released his debut producer compilation album "IT MEANS EVERYTHING" that features various upcoming artist.
